About Us

Heritage Services Corporation was founded by a former classroom Teacher and School Administrator. Our staff has a long history of successful and amazing accomplishments and wish to continue by working to make this center one of the best in the Nation.

What to Expect

This Transition is much shorter than most.  Usually, there is a 30-day period in which the new company can interview staff, inspect the facilities, coordinate with the various vendors that support the Center on a regular basis and audit certain files.  This transition is only scheduled for a total of nine days including two weekends.

What does this mean?

Well, the good news is that things will happen quickly. Not a lot of waiting.  The bad news is…. Things must happen quickly, and it may seem rushed.  Interviews will be very brief and offers to remain in your current position will be within days not weeks.

What are the paydays for Heritage?

Our pay cycles are every two weeks.  A schedule will be provided

How does this affect my sick time and vacation I have earned?

You should be paid out with your current employer then you will start accruing through Heritage.  People who plan to take a vacation of a duration longer than they will have accrued paid time off with Heritage should consider saving any payout you may receive. In such cases, you will need to charge your time to Leave With Out Pay (LWOP) for any time taken beyond your accrued hours.

How do I have to request time Off?

You must complete a Leave Request and have your supervisor approve your leave.  If you have already made plans to be off from work prior to the transition you need to submit your Leave request again to Heritage within 2 days of starting on your job with Heritage so it can be processed.

Will my benefits change?

Yes.  Each company negotiates their own. You will enroll online after you are hired. Heritage insurance benefits cover you from your date of hire.

It is very important to maintain the uninterrupted operation of the Center.  You should always focus on the students and their learning.

Will I have to take a drug test? 

Yes, you will be given drug test prior to starting.  It will be administered on center or at the off-site Hiring center.  You will also be re required to pass a background check.

Will I have to provide copies of my credentials that are necessary for my job?

Yes, if they are required for your position. Please make sure they are current and active.

Off Center Hiring Station

We have arranged for company Human Resources staff to be available to you before and after your typical work schedule during this week to help you fill out forms, drop off resumes and to guide you through the application and hiring process.

Anticipated schedule:  Our schedule will be flexible to the needs of the center employees however, we are currently anticipating being in operation during the following hours:

Saturday August 24, 2019	11:00 am – 7:00 pm
Sunday August 25, 2019	2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Monday August 26, 2019	1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Tuesday August 27, 2019	1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Wednesday August 28, 2019	1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Thursday August 29, 2019	1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

 

Open House / Meet & Greet

Heritage will host an open house at the Embassy Suites in Downtown Phoenix on Tuesday August 27th from 6-8 in the _______________.  It is just a time to get to know each other.  Light snacks and tea water & coffee will be available.  So, I hope you will come by and say hi. This is very informal so; spouses and family are more than welcome.
